Compensation: $70,000 – $85,000

Position Summary:

North Star Vascular and Interventional is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales and Marketing Director/Physician Liaison to join our team. This role is essential for driving leads and overseeing a designated territory of physicians and medical clinics in the Twin Cities area. The successful candidate will market North Star Vascular & Interventional services and provide exceptional client care.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Represent our cutting-edge clinic in the Twin Cities area, visiting physicians and medical clinics to promote our top-tier services and treatments.
  • Enjoy a collaborative atmosphere where your input directly shapes our community outreach and marketing strategies.
  • Utilize advanced CRM tools to streamline communications and enhance your marketing efforts, supported by real-time data and analytics.
  • Engage with community organizations and businesses, leveraging your relationships to enhance our brand presence.
  • Receive ample support from our dedicated external marketing consultants and experienced clinical team to ensure your success in the field.
  • Regularly update your skills with continuing education opportunities, staying ahead in a rapidly evolving healthcare landscape.
  • Travel as required to meet new and assigned clients, representing the company.
  • Oversee public relations and sales efforts to promote the clinics’ services and treatments while enhancing our reputation in the community.
  • Develop strong business relationships with local community organizations and businesses.
  • Utilize CRM software to send Daily/Weekly/Monthly Activity reports.
  • Monitor individual sales and marketing budgets and provide monthly expense reports.
  • Develop and implement specific outreach, relationship-building, and marketing plans to meet goals.
  • Establish and maintain ongoing communications with referring providers and/or their office staff, including routine or follow-up visits, emails, and phone calls.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Communications, Business Administration, or Healthcare preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Office, and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Excellent time management, organization, and communication skills.
  • Valid Driver’s License; must provide own vehicle, with mileage reimbursement covered.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing conditions.
