I had a hysterectomy at 29 after years of bleeding and pain. No one warned me about what post-op would be like; shock menopause, emotional swings, and more. If I had found North Star earlier, I believe I would’ve had a gentler, more informed path forward.

I had an ablation, and my mom had a hysterectomy. I didn’t think I’d want kids, but the loss of choice hit me harder than expected. North Star gave me the time, space, and options to make the right call for my body without pressure or judgment.

Ok. So, first off, awesome crew.

From consultation to day of, I was given clear explanations, my questions were answered. Moe was awesome at checking me in. Kelly, Sandra and Sarah are super pleasant and comforting nurses. They made sure I was comfortable, (played my favorite music) had assuring words and made sure that I knew and understood everything they were doing. Andy, the PA, was very knowledgeable and answered my questions clearly and precise. Dr. Astani was wonderful.
